A member of the firm since 1971, Ron is the firm’s managing partner and a specialist in the real estate and manufacturing industries. He has assisted clients in structuring real estate partnerships, syndications and developments and has developed reporting and accounting systems for construction companies. In addition, Ron has extensive data processing experience and assists clients in upgrading or installing their data processing facilities.
Ron’s past experience includes a position as treasurer with a major national corporation . The knowledge he gained during that time allows Ron to function as an “outside treasurer” for many of his closely held clients.
Ron received his degree in accounting from the University of Southern California. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the California Society of CPAs.
A member of the firm since 1969, Marv has over 35 years of in depth expertise in accounting, tax and general business consulting.
Marv is actively involved in business and tax consulting and tax preparation for an extensive and varied client base. This includes income tax planning with special emphasis on planning for the privately held business and its owners. Marv’s clients consist primarily of medium-sized, privately held businesses.
Marv received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois, where he was a member of the accounting fraternity, Beta Alpha Psi. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
A member of the firm since 1981, Mark specializes in providing services to closely held businesses, primarily in the Agriculture, Financial Services, Real Estate and Wholesale/Retail Industries
In the Agriculture area, he assists clients in the planning of business tax structure, product and labor cost analysis, and tax planning. As a real estate specialist, Mark advises and assists clients in all areas of tax and financial planning including purchase and sales analysis, tax deferred exchanges and real estate partnership matters. In the Wholesale/Retail industry, Mark has experience in the set-up and improvements of inventory and internal control systems.
Mark received his degree in accounting from California State University, Northridge. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the California Society of CPAs.
A member of the firm since 1990, Shelley specializes in providing services to real estate entities, manufacturing industries and high net worth individuals.
Shelley’s experience and service enable her to assist clients with tax planning opportunities and accounting and financial management.
Shelley received her degree in accounting from the University of Arizona and her masters from Golden Gate University. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs.
